Pricing, plainly explained.

What is included in the subscription?

The monthly price per store covers the software: counting, dashboards, reports, and every feature listed in your plan. Support and camera health monitoring are included too.

What about hardware and installation?

There is a one-time connection fee per camera, quoted in your proposal. Our team installs and maintains the cameras, so there is nothing for you to source or set up.

How long does installation take?

About one week from site survey to live dashboards, for a typical store.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Paying annually saves 20% compared to paying monthly.

Can I start with a few stores?

Yes. Pilots on a handful of stores are normal before a network-wide rollout.

What happens to my data?

Data is encrypted and stored on EU servers. Video never leaves the store.
