TASS Vision was founded in 2021 by Shakhzod Umirzakov (CEO) and Jamshid Khakimzhanov (CTO). A new generation of AI models had just made accurate, real-time visitor counting possible in a normal retail store, not just in a lab.

Together with our first retail partner, Texnomart, we turned that capability into a product retail chains could actually run. Five large chains connected in the first year, and UzVC became our first investor.

As the company grew, our headquarters moved to Delaware. Today Vitrac runs in 3,000+ stores across 10 countries, and our team keeps building the platform retail chains use to understand who walks in.
